ELECTRIC GRID TEST CASE REPOSITORY Weather Data

Abstract

This dataset contains historical and forecast weather data for Texas and North America. The historical data starts from 1940 and extends to almost present (5 days from current date). The list of weather values include, temperture, dew point, wind speed, wind direction, wind speed at 100m, cloud cover, global horizontal irradiance, and direct horizontal irradance for a 0.25 degree latitude and longitude grid across much of North America.
